In collaboration with World Cities Summit, IBM is convening global forward thinking leaders here in Singapore to explore and discuss how cities can become more instrumented, interconnected and intelligent. The event will begin with a keynote address by Gerard Mooney, General Manager, Global Government and Education, IBM. This will be followed by a panel discussion entitled "Journey to building a smarter city" with expert urban planners and business thought leaders. The afternoon will conclude with a networking high tea at the historic Raffles Hotel.
